Spring is a season for growth, new beginnings, and transformations. In this weeklong digital course, you will explore ways to transform old habits, beliefs, and patterns into new ones through mindful techniques. Each day will be a mindful theme as follows: Day 1: The Body Day 2: Meditation Day 3: Movement Day 4: Nature Day 5: Journaling Day 6: Breathing Day 7: Gratitude Participants of this course will receive daily emails with the lesson for the day, along with guided meditations, and homework that you may (just) love!
