Fall is a season to let go & release. In this weeklong digital course, you will explore ways to let go what is no longer serving you through mindful techniques. Each day will be a mindful theme as follows: Day 1: The Body Day 2: Meditation Day 3: Movement Day 4: Nature Day 5: Journaling Day 6: Breathing Day 7: Gratitude Participants of this course will receive daily emails with the lesson for the day, along with guided meditations, and homework that you may (just) love!
