Join us for a 45 minute all-levels vinyasa flow class designed to activate the heart and move energy through your body. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class will help you tap into your center and find balance. This complimentary yoga class is held every Friday at 9 a.m. in Center Court at Aventura Mall - Don't forget to bring your own mat! 📍 Location: Center Court inside Aventura Mall, next to the serene Koi Pond 🕘 Time: 9:00 AM (please arrive a little early to settle in) 🧘♀️ What to Bring: A yoga mat, any props you’d like, and a bottle of water Come as you are, breathe deeply, and flow with us. We can't wait to see you there!

If you cannot attend a pre-registered service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will offer you a one-time credit towards another class, course, workshop, retreat, or training of equal value.
