
MY STORY
Since 2004, I have been a dedicated practitioner of holistic wellness. Knowing firsthand that combining the science of psychology with the contemplative world of mindfulness benefits the body, mind, and soul, I became a dedicated student of it all. As a result, I have a Master's in Psychology, an E-RYT 500 yoga certification, three meditation certifications, a reiki certification, and 20 years of personal mindfulness practice experience.
My love and trust in my practices led me to teach. Since 2014, I have taught mindfulness to individuals, groups, and organizations throughout New York, Los Angeles, and Miami. My experience includes investment banks, global law firms, public and private schools, and select companies. I have also volunteered with Sunrise Senior Living, Oceana, and various women's groups because I believe giving back to our elders, the environment, and women is important.
Aside from teaching, I have been a career entrepreneur for nearly two decades and have created three jewelry brands. In addition, I have written several mindfulness blogs. My writing and mindfulness work was on a segment of the Today Show and in People Magazine, Huffington Post, Yoga Journal, etc. I also wrote and published a book, A Beginners Guide to Living Mindfully.
I love my work because I know it works, and I plan to help as many people as possible!
